Carlos Rosario PCS’ mission is to deliver high-quality education, career training, and support services that enable adult immigrants to realize their dreams. In 1998, we became the first adult education charter school in the country. Since then, our school has been a leader in preparing, educating, and empowering tomorrow’s diverse workforce. We have influenced over 80,000 individuals, some of whom are now teachers, health professionals, leaders, chefs, and business owners. We serve a diverse community representing 85 countries and speaking 50 languages.
