Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom PCS educates diverse pre-kindergarten and elementary school students to be leaders, scholars, and responsible citizens. We teach children to think, speak, read, write, and learn in English and either French or Spanish. With a focus on academics and community service, we create an environment of achievement, respect, and nonviolence. Our staff prepares young learners to reach academic standards, to navigate within their own communities and within the cultures of others, and to function as global citizens.
