Lee Montessori PCS - East End

Lee Montessori — East End is the first full public Montessori school East of the Anacostia River. In Fall 2019, we will welcome our first 88 PK3 and PK4 students to the joy of Montessori education. We are a diverse and interconnected community that redefines high-quality education by pairing Montessori with Anti-Bias/Anti-Racist practices. We create a joyful learning environment where children and families flourish, and can show up authentically as their true selves. Our goal is to create an environment where children and families have the tools necessary to empower themselves and their community and begin to reverse decades of structural racism. We provide a high-quality, high-fidelity Montessori experience for a racially and socioeconomically diverse community with the goal of empowering each child we serve to transform society.
