Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy PCS, an IB World School, is a dual-language immersion school, which serves students PK3- 8. The mission of Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy PCS is to implement a high-performing day school that provides a challenging academic program in a supportive, parentally involved, and diverse learning environment to enable each student to achieve academic success, talent, and positive social development. Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy works to accomplish its mission by cultivating inquiring, internationally-minded, compassionate, independent thinkers. Mary McLeod Bethune Day Academy offers students art, music, health/physical education, and two foreign languages: Spanish immersion in grades PK3-2, Spanish instruction in grades
3-8, and Latin in grades 5-8. We believe that nurturing the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally will produce a knowledgeable and caring individual who will become a global change agent for the 21st century.
